Each item in Minecraft has a unique ID assigned to it, known as an item ID, this can be used in commands to spawn the item into the game. The item ID for dead bush in Minecraft is shown below:

Dead bushes are found in the desert, and other biomes like mesas and mega taigas. They can only be obtained by breaking them with shears. They serve no purpose outside of being a decorative item.
