Chest Item ID

Each item in Minecraft has a unique ID assigned to it, known as an item ID, this can be used in commands to spawn the item into the game. The item ID for chest in Minecraft is shown below:

Chest

Chests in Minecraft are used to store items. To craft a chest, place one wooden plank in every outer square of the crafting table, leaving the middle empty. To open a chest, right click the chest block. When broken, the contents of a chest will be dropped on the floor. A chest has 27 slots, this can be increased to 54 by making placing a second chest next to the chest block, which forms a double chest.
